In the vaulted hall of DA, Kunsthaus Kloster Gravenhorst, acoustic popcorn was “served” in the former monastery kitchen as part of a site-specific sound-space installation. From the kernel to its preparation, visitors could immerse themselves in the acoustic traces of popcorn and experience new perspectives on everyday processes, leading into unfamiliar spatial and sensory states.
